Les Mouettes Cottage, a family holiday home located in Lanvéoc, Brittany, on the beautiful Crozon Peninsula.

Our cottage is open all year round. It is a renovated 18th-century farmhouse featuring three bedrooms, all with sea views, as well as additional sleeping arrangements: a bed on the mezzanine level and a sofa bed in the living room.

This is a peaceful and relaxing place, ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends, offering a calm and friendly setting in which to unwind.

The accommodation is comfortable and simple. Pets are welcome.

The property includes a 500 m² enclosed garden.

The beach is just 800 metres away on foot, while the GR34 coastal hiking trail is only 200 metres from the house. In the village of Lanvéoc (a few minutes' walk away), you will find three restaurants, local shops, and medical services. There is also a weekly local farmers' market and visiting food trucks. The cottage is located just 1 km from the prestigious French Naval Academy (École Navale).

The cottage can accommodate up to 7 guests in its three bedrooms, with space for 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room (and an extra bed can also be arranged on the mezzanine if required). The kitchen is separate and includes a dining table, while the living room features a larger dining area. Outside, there is a terrace with a table, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

During your stay:

There are many opportunities for walks and beach outings close to the cottage. A beach with a small harbour in Lanvéoc is just a 10-minute walk away and is ideal for fishing. Several other beautiful beaches can be reached within 20 minutes by car, including some that are well known for surfing and kitesurfing.

Friendly and highly regarded sailing and surf schools can be found nearby in Roscanvel, Crozon, and Morgat.
