We absolutely loved staying here. The place was extremely clean and beautiful. We walked to the beach every morning and spent time on our patio in the evening. It is centrally located and our hosts were amazing! We plan to come back and stay here again

The Nest was as advertised: a short walk to the pub and a short walk to the water! We were very impressed with the bright and clean interior, the lovely and private patio and the easy check in process. We will return for a longer stay to explore all that is around Lantzville. It had everything we could have needed for out 4 night stay. Our friends were at a another Vrbo and were immediately drawn to the Nest when they visited!

My wife and I have travelled quite a bit and Cherie and Duncan’s accommodations were tip-top—they could not have been better. No wonder everyone has given them top ratings. The location is excellent, with everything you would need either on the doorstep or minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We just spent 3 nights at The Nest and the place is more than you can ask for. It was clean, bright and beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Cherie was a great communicator. We loved sitting on the patio which is very private. It’s also a great location to take off and explore more of our beautiful island as well. We would definitely return!Val and Julie

Had a great 3 night stay at The Nest in Lantzville! Cherie and Duncan are great hosts with great communication! The place was spotless, comfortable and within driving distance of quite a few great spots to visit! We highly recommend staying here whether a short visit or a longer stay. This was our second stay this year at this property (the first was in February), and we returned because it was a perfect couple’s retreat, in terms of layout, space, amenities, yadda yadda. The location was awesome for our day trips to Cowichan, Nanoose Bay for golf, and Tofino.

Our stay at The Cozy Visit Nest was amazing!!! We can't say enough great things! The hosts provided a beautifully decorated, modern setting in pristine condition. It included absolutely anything we could even dream of needing on our vacation. The location was ideal with a couple of beaches within walking distance and a short drive to local amenities. An absolute gem of a find!!!

I had the most wonderful stay and wish I could have stayed longer! I was welcomed with a card and fresh strawberries from Cheri and Duncan. They were so kind and easy to get a hold of if I needed something. The place was spotless and just as the pictures looked. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

What a fabulous little gem!

We have stayed at several different VRBO locations in Canada and Europe. This was one of the most notable for its cleanliness, modern decor, comfortable bed/pillows, well stocked kitchen, quiet and location! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We are seniors and having a one story layout was perfect. The distance we needed to walk after parking was so so close to the front door. Although not a brand new unit, it seems like it is because Duncan and Cherie obviously take such great care maintaining it. Wonderful King size bed, lovely bathroom and livingroom and kitchen! Across the street, walking to the shore was peaceful and a memory I will always have. The access to highway 19 is a breeze. And driving north on highway 19A which mostly runs the shore, is great fun and intesting. It was truly hard to leave one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed at. Mahalo and Aloha!

We couldn’t have been happier, the place was beautiful. It was like living in a show home. Cherie and Duncan were great hosts. Answered any questions we had within minutes. They provided great information about local spots of interest. As well as many further away spots. If we come back to this area we would definitely consider staying at the Nest.

This was our first trip to the island, and we did not want to stay in a hotel in an urban area. We were happy to find this property in Lantzville, which was accessible to main routes, but far enough away that you felt the serenity of being in a small town. Our hosts provided a fantastic private suite, which was akin to living in a modern one bedroom condo with all amenities. It was tastefully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. An added bonus is that there are local establishments within a ten minute walk, as is the coastal shore. It was an excellent base as we set off in multiple directions to explore Vancouver Island on various day trips!
