«The resort is clean and tidy. The rooms are a decent size and ours had a view out to the pool and the lake. The shuttles to the park are very convenient and run frequently. The only downside is that there is no shop on site. We had to go to Tung Chung mall via cab to get snacks etc. for our room. In future I’d stop there oN the way in on the first day.»

«Had some issues before staying, but it got resolved. Was unecessary hard to fix, but still thankful it was done.
The service in the hotel was definetely one of the best. Note this only applies when you stay at the hotel!
You will almost all the time meet them through main entrance, and they greet you very enthusiastically and helpful!
And first person we met at reception was exceptionally great! The others was normal.
The hotel rom did look nice, eith good amenities. But if you take a closer ...
