***The cabin is access by a graveled road. However, the driveway around the home is paved with paved parking. Front wheel drive vehicles should be OK. We don't recommend motorcycles or vehicles with large trailers.
***The owners use outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure that their home remains safe. One camera facing the driveway. No cameras monitor the inside rooms of the home. No cameras facing the hot tub.
***There is no land-line phone in this cabin. Cell phone coverage is not guaranteed. The home does have WIFI so you may be able to call using WIFI calling.
***No Pets Allowed
***NO Smoking/Vaping inside the cabin
***NO house parties
***Minimum age requirement is 25 years old

--Check in time is 4:00 pm or after and check out time is 10:00 am.

Occupancy Note:
Maximum occupancy of 14 individuals and no more than 6 vehicles must be strictly adhered to at all times. This includes registered guests in addition to temporary guests at any given time. No weddings or events are allowed in the home or on the grounds. If anything resembling an event is to take place, permission must be granted by owners in advance.

As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow and some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds resulting from your negligence in this matter.
