«The stay was good, the parking was terrible. One space designed for a compact car and we had to put our pickup truck into it. :) And several nights, someone else parked in our assigned space.»

The unit was clean, comfortable bed, smart TVs, updated counter tops and appliances, etc. I also liked how it had driveway parking so I didn’t have to leave my rental on the street. The unit is also equipped with 1gig fiber internet from Google, so streaming on a smart TV is seamless. «This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. Some things are in disrepair such as the bathroom doors, hooks on the back of the doors and simple things that could use an upgrade. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in the apartments above you and next to you. Overall ...

«This property was awesome! We had 10 adults and it fit us perfectly. The beds were big and very comfortable and the bedrooms were large enough for all our belongs during the 4 night stay. The living area was huge and had a great vibe with the unique decorating. The TV was plenty big and viewable from all areas of the living room. «Perfect unit for four friends. Tons of space and a beautiful veranda to spend evenings. Only drawback is one parking space. Otherwise, walking distance to great restaurants and short drives to various venues.»

«Things i like most is there is plenty of room, bathroom counter space and a king size bed. It is on the 3rd floor so it is quiet but there are several flights of stairs to haul your stuff up and down.»

«The bed was one of the coziest bed I’ve slept in. However there was no fitted sheet? Just a flat sheet. And the dust could have been a little less. But other than that, the place was very well decorated and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!»

«Communication with management was awful. We were enroute to KC and had not received "the keys" to the property, I messaged the management company, and was told the property was not available. The manager offered a different property, but we had no information about it. We ended up staying in a hotel.»

«The place was nice. Close to everything. And owner had great communication. It was fully stocked with dishes and all. (We made our own breakfast). Was nice having a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Only issue, which is not owners fault, is the living room temperature couldn't keep up with the heat. It stayed around 78 degrees during the day( we sat the temp. To 68.) But the 2 bedrooms would freeze you out at night:).»

«Love the location for this property! We walked to everything we wanted to do. The beds could use improvement but everything else about the property itself was wonderful. We stayed over a weekend and the area is pretty active until well into the night, calming down after 2 or 3 am. There were people driving around on really loud ATV's at night but that is really an issue Kansas City Police needs to take care of.»
