Welcome to Ty Macareux! Your future Breton haven, fully renovated in early 2026, is ideally located for discovering the gems of the Côtes-d'Armor! Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Lannion, our house offers you a relaxing stay just 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Pink Granite Coast and the GR34 hiking trail. The accommodation: Enjoy a house where everything is new, clean, and functional. Living space: A bright room with a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, ultra-quiet dishwasher, Cookeo multicooker, and all necessary kitchenware). To get your stay off to a good start, a few Senseo coffee pods are offered to you upon arrival. PGJyPg PGJyPg Lounge & Relaxation: A warm lounge area with Smart TV, high-speed Fibre Wi-Fi (ideal for teleworking or streaming) and a "Dreamy" sofa bed selected for its exceptional comfort, allowing for quality everyday sleeping. Books and board games are available! PGJyPg PGJyPg Sleeping Area (upstairs): Enjoy a restful sleep thanks to a high-end Simmons bed (French-made) measuring 160 x 200 cm. Part of the wardrobe and the console table will accommodate your personal belongings. PGJyPg PGJyPg Bathroom (upstairs): We have kept a bathtub for your relaxation after a day of hiking. PGJyPg The toilet is separate, on the first floor. PGJyPg PGJyPg 👶 We can set up a travel cot, baby bath, and high chair upon request and at no extra charge! PGJyPg PGJyPg Outside: Enjoy a sunny terrace Offering an unobstructed and peaceful view of the countryside, this is the perfect spot to admire stunning sunsets. The area is enhanced by a young palm tree and recently planted agapanthus, which will continue to grow throughout the seasons. A barbecue is available for your summer evenings. Please note: There are two private parking spaces in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. A security camera is installed outside, covering the front door and the parking area. Shops nearby: A bakery, bar/tobacconist, and Intermarché supermarket are just 3 minutes away. 10 minutes from a large shopping area (Leclerc). Tourism: 15 minutes from Ploumanac'h and its lighthouse, hiking trails (GR34) and iconic beaches. Please note: During the summer season (June 27 to August 29, 2026), we prioritize weekly stays.
