«Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money»

«If you don't get the parking pass you have to pay for valet parking at $55 a day, plus valet tips everytime you take your car out. There's a sign to validate your parking but they only validate if you get the parking package and prepay.»

«Beautiful hotel and great location. The parking garage and check in process was a bit confusing. Park in the P4 parking area and use the call button by the door to get inside. Check in is on the 14th floor. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Although very comfortable at first, the bed was too soft and we all woke up stiff and sore! Ha! Ha! That’s what happens to middle aged folks! Beds matter! Enjoy your stay! Oh, and breakfast was great!»

«The room was borderline acceptably clean, but the bedding was synthetic, unpleasant to the touch, and too hot. The pillows, filled with synthetic fibers, were uncomfortable as well. Otherwise, everything was more or less as expected.»
