Worst stay experience in my life so far. This property looked like a dead place. They took good 30 min to find my booking when I reached. Eventually agreed that it is there. The hotel has zero maintenance. No facilities. No amenities. Restaurant closed. Nothing to eat and order. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

최악의 리조트
지난주 금요일 부터 2박 숙박함. 1일차 금요일에 밤 10시에 도착했는데 수영장 앞에서 노래방 밴드에 때창으로 시끄러워 1차 항의하였으나, 11시에 끝난다고 해서 올라갔는데 11시에도 계속 함. 2차 항의 하러 내려가 숙소 바꿔 달라고 하자 12시에 끝난다고 숙소를 바꿔 줄 수 없다고 불친절로 일관 12시 넘어 음악소리는 멈추었으나 새벽 3시까지 수영장앞에서 술취한 사람들이 큰소리로 떠들고 있어 결국 4시 넘어 선잠자고 다음날 일정도 망침. 호텔스닷컴에 항의 하여도 현지에서 별 대응 안해준다고 함. 랑카위에서 3일 여행을 망침.

周囲の環境は良いが、とにかくホテルが古く廃墟のよう。スタッフもやる気がない。部屋も含め全体的に汚い。庭も手入れがされていないため芝生は枯れているし、ホテルのあちこちにゴミが落ちている。プールもチェアは錆び付いてマットも汚いし、水面にはゴミが浮いている状態。歯ブラシもなく別料金を請求され、コーヒーについては最終日は部屋に用意されず、これまた追加料金。 隣のオンバック ヴィラ ランカウイホテルと大違い。4つ星だと思って予約をしない方がいい。二度と行かない。

The property is in urgent need of a renovation. From walls that had water leaks and haven’t been repainted in decades to dirty pool mats to a “beach” that you can’t swim in, this was overall just a bit of a shock.

No to this property.
This hotel need serious maintenance jobs. It does not at all look like the images given in their website.I felt stupid and cheated with this booking. Wasted my money,time and spoilt our holiday mood.

Arriver le soir à l’hôtel pour 2 nuits surprise tous le monde sur leur téléphone aucun accueil.. Dans les chambres on voit que l’hôtel est pas tous jeune.. serviette sales Le lent demain constatation en plein jours.. Piscine à l'abandon.. Jardin pas entretenue.. Des poubelles pas vider, des bouteilles qui restent pendant 3 jours sur le côté des transats sans être jeter, plancher autour de la piscine manquante. Plage inaccessible car rempli de déchet et de vase du à la montée des eaux Douche extérieur qui fuie pendants 3 jours Et je parle pas de l’états de la façade de l’hôtel !! A éviter !

A Disappointing Experience
The hotel is not well maintained. It is pretty worn out. bathrooms and faucets were old and leaky. Smell of mildew or dampness was annoying. The room was supposed to have two queen beds but it only had one queen bed and a single bed. The staff added a folding bed with a very thin mattress which was extremely uncomfortable. However, upon our complaint, they replaced the mattress with a better one. The beach in front of the hotel is not swimmable due to thick layer of sediments covering the beach. The so called Beach Resort lacked any dining or food service. No food or beverage available on the premises. The WiFi service was almost non-existent most of the time. The TV offered only 8 channels all in local language. Not a single English language programming. In an nutshell, it barely offered the minimum necessities. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Although, on a positive note, the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Far from being a 4 star hotel
Staff was very nice except for 1 person in reception, but hotel was not in a good shape. This hotel is branded as beeing a 4 star hotel and it does not live up too that. It has cracked painting in the facades, and it looks like maintainance is not being done. It might have been a 4 star hotel at one point, but it certainly isn't anymore. It more looks like a hotel past its prime time and just getting ready to close down. Until 3pm it was impossiæble to get anything to drink at the pool unless you wanted to leve the hotel. You could see that there used to have been a poolbar but it was just an empty shack b d it looked liked that there has been a restaurant with front out to the pool as well but it was closed down as well and looked like it had been abandoned. The first room we were shown was not very nice and instead they upgraded us for free to the sea villas faced inwards toward land. It was an improvement, but the sea villas are old and need sole improvement as well, but it was better that the first room we were shown. Also, the beach is not for swimming, which you are being told upon arrival. It was not mentioned when we booked it, which i found slightly irritating. That was one of the reasons this hotel was booked. All in All this hotel is way past its primetime and could use some serious renovation to get it back in shape. Not good enough value for your money in my opinion. Breakfast was at the hotel judt located bedside langkawi lagoon ressort, and it was decent

The room was missing towel and sheets from one bed (totally 3 beds). We asked for the missing towel and sheets and it took several hours to get them. We had to stay up and go 3 times downstairs to re-ask and ask again (phone in the room didn’t work). Not fun when you want to go to bed and sleep. Very rude personnel.

スタッフの方たちは とても親切でしたが、 何しろ設備が古すぎる。1日目トイレから水漏れ、2日目部屋を変えてもらう。2番目の部屋は 蟻がそこら中にまた お湯も出ずテレビも見れない。 夜にもかかわらず、 スタッフの方が 蟻退治してくださいました。 3日目 今度はベッドルームに蟻が。。。再度蟻退治とベッドメイクをしていただきました。最後の日は凄いスコールで。 窓から雨水が入ってきました。場所的にも車がないと不便です。 リゾートというには設備が悪すぎ。レストランも隣のホテルを利用。 あまりお勧めはしません。

Overall property is huge and good but furniture and fixtures aren't good. They are very old. Also since its next to sea baech so lot of mosquitoes. I travelled from KL to Langkawi and reqched at 10.30night. In my Room AC wasn't working completely. Toilet flush wasn't working properly and exhaust fan wasn't working at all in toilet. Though I booked room almost 2 and half mths back. When I raised concerns, receptionist gave me cottage villa that was not good either. She said I dont have any other room. So finally I had to compromise with 2 single bed room instead of double bed room. By the time I settled and shifted to new room it was more than 12am and I was cracking. Had pathetic experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone...Rajeev Misra
