LA BICOQUE - Pretty Breton house near the beach

Come and discover "La bicoque", a charming traditional Breton house. This characterful house will enchant you with its peaceful location and proximity to the sea, with the first beach being just 600m away.



Upon entering the house, you will be won over by the charm of the old, and particularly by this lovely corridor with its black and white tiling that leads to the various rooms on the ground floor.

You will discover a large living room, with its fireplace, ideal for warming up by the fire after a long walk on the GR34 which passes very close to the house. The kitchen is also open to the living room, it is fully equipped to cook delicious little dishes.

You will also find at this level a separate toilet as well as the house's only bathroom, with a bath / shower and the washing machine.



Upstairs, you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed in 160x200, the third bedroom is equipped with a single bed in 80x190 and a double bed in 140x190. Finally, the last bedroom has 2 single beds in 80x190.



Outside, you will be able to enjoy a lovely terrace equipped to make the most of summer evenings. The 1300m2 garden is spacious, tree-lined and peaceful.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Animals are also welcome, however we draw your attention to the fact that the garden is not fenced.
