Paradiski ski in ski out vallandry

This small residence is located on the slopes (departure and return ski to the feet).
It has 4 floors with elevator and the apartments offer very beautiful views of the slopes. There is a pedestrian path close to the building to reach the resort center and shops in 5 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus stop close to the residence.
You can always park in front of the residence to unload only.

Comfortable 50m2 apartment, located in a residence with a direct access to the slopes.
It is composed of an entrance with cupboards, 2 bed rooms with double beds (one of them is 120 cm) , 1 bed room with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and separated toilet, a kitchenette open on a large living room with corner sofa with acces to the balcony.
The apartment is south / west facing and has a furnished terrace (table + chairs) and a beautiful view on the slopes and the BELLECOTE massif so you can fully enjoy your stay

Equipment : Dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, electric hobs,
Television. Rented with a ski lockers.

Sleeps: 1 double bed 140cm, 1 double bed 120cm, 1 set of bunk beds (recommendend for children, only from 6 years old).

Sanitary: A bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
