«Beautiful resort! But… it needs much improvement. If your (African American) this property will not cater to you at all. I had to call on many different occasions to clean the room or ask for towels. Some staff were semi aggressive from asking basic things. Having traveled to other countries, we’d expect vacation service, not al la carte service as everyone expected a tip for basic things. Don’t think I would take my family here again. It’s also very far from the airport. »

«Finding the location from the montego bay airport was not difficult. The reception was wonderfully warm. Dinner is available but you have to notify Andrea (owner)before hand. The cook was very hospitable. We will definitely return to this establishment and recommend it to our friends and family.»
