«We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.»

«The hotel was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the sea. We stayed one night to be close to the airport. The staff this is a locally owned hotel and it runs on a small staff. The only issue was the missing window at the top which caused a constant gust of wind which caused a vacuum effect with the curtains so they kept being su ked out the window at the top although a bit concerning it was not a huge issue. «The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.»

«Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. «Finding the location from the montego bay airport was not difficult. The reception was wonderfully warm. Dinner is available but you have to notify Andrea (owner)before hand. The cook was very hospitable. We will definitely return to this establishment and recommend it to our friends and family.»

«The water park was amazing. The Beach Oasis Bar is the heated pool and swim up bar on the Grand side. (It was my favorite one). The kids club game room was “Out of service,” which was disappointing because the VR/arcade room they enforced 10 and up. The beach was not so great. Seemed like a man made beach.
