With its large open plan living area upstairs, which flows out onto a massive wrap around deck and alfresco area. Perfect for those family barbecues and entertaining. Sit back and enjoy the sun come up over Lancelin's famous sand dunes or put your feet up after a day of adventures and wind down with your favourite beverage while watching the sunset over the bay. You may even get to witness the local Osprey do a fly by or two.

Upstairs consists of a large living / dining / kitchen area, master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen and separate bathroom.
Downstairs consists of 2 more bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed and the other with 3 x bunk beds. There is also another separate family room for the kids to hang, bathroom, toilet, and laundry.

Reverse cycle air conditioning downstairs in living areas provides easy and efficient climate control.
The upstairs Air conditioning is currently not working. There is a heater in the property to be used.
Pedestal fans in downstairs bedrooms and ceiling fans in bedrooms upstairs, no air conditioning in bedrooms.

The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature and an easy walk from this home. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.
