Whether it is surfing, swimming, boating, sand boarding, taking the kids to the local park or just kicking back and doing "nothing", this is the perfect house for you. Finish your day with a beverage or two and a BBQ on the balcony, witnessing front row seats to spectacular sunsets over the Indian Ocean. Then fall asleep to the sound of the waves in total relaxation.

If you can bear to step outside this stunning home, a short walk along the beachside path will take you to all that this relaxed, coastal town has to offer. Head in one direction to the Lancelin Beach Hotel and the other to the Iconic Lancelin Endeavour Tavern. Both perfect choices to enjoy a beachfront beverage or two and take a night off cooking.

The Space:
Upstairs consists of the kitchen and large living / dining area, which open out to the balcony with BBQ, master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, toilet. Air-conditioned throughout.

Downstairs consists of 2 more bedrooms – 1 with a queen and single bed and the other with 2 x bunk beds, laundry, bathroom, separate toilet.

There is also a large family room which opens out to the enclosed backyard and another separate sitting area.

Endless Summer has plenty of room for you and the family to hang out and enjoy what Lancelin has to offer.

The home also has a lock up garage which opens out to the side of the home.

No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

Around the point, ‘back beach’ provides surfing conditions perfect for families and beginners in summer, with swell rolling in for advanced surfers during the winter months.
