Lake days, Branson nights: Veterans Homecoming Week runs Nov 5–11, 2026, ending with the Veterans Day Parade downtown, 37 minutes from Montage.

Two days later, Silver Dollar City rolls out An Old Time Christmas (Nov 7, 2026 – Jan 2, 2027), just 28 minutes from the lakehouse.

In December, bring the family to the Branson Adoration Parade & Nativity Lighting on Sunday, Dec 6, 2026, then soak in the hot tub back at the lake.



Montage is a lakefront home on Table Rock Lake with direct lake access, room for up to 18 guests and stunning lake views from the decks. Your days here are made for the water: swim and float in the cove right off the shoreline, paddle out in the kayaks, canoe and paddle boards we provide, or bring your own boat and tie up at the shoreline. Evenings bring everyone back together in the year-round private hot tub, around the fire pit with firewood for s'mores, or on the lawn for an outdoor movie night.



The private pool is seasonal and reopens in May 2027.



We would love to host you! We do require guests to check in using Happy Guest, which is a way for us to verify identity, agreements, and collect a fully refundable $1,500 security deposit hold OR a non-refundable damage waiver.



The optional damage waiver is $70 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. If you have any questions at all, please reach out :)

Location & Nearby Access



Located on the north side of Table Rock Lake, Montage offers peaceful lakefront surroundings with easy access to boating, fishing, and area attractions.



• Mill Creek Boat Ramp – 5 minutes

• Excellent access to fishing, boating, and water activities

• Kimberling City marinas and boat rentals – about 15 minutes

• Silver Dollar City – about 30 minutes

• Branson Landing dining, shopping, and entertainment – about 45 minutes



Good to Know Before You Book



• The private outdoor pool is seasonal, typically open May–September, weather permitting. Pool is not heated

• This home is not pet-friendly

• Ample parking available, including space for boats and trailers. Boats aren't included and there's no boat launch on site; Mill Creek Boat Ramp is about 5 minutes away

• The interior fireplace is not operational for wood-burning fires

• Exterior security cameras on the property

• The private pool and hot tub have no safety fence or gate; please supervise children at all times

• The home is lakefront on Table Rock Lake; please supervise children near the water



✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:



🛎️ Early Check-In: Early check-in is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If the home is ready early, the hour before check-in time is always free, and if you’d like to get in earlier, it’s $40 per hour.



😴 Late Check-Out: Late check-out is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If it is available, it’s $150. You can request it through Happy Guest and if approved you will be able to stay until 2 PM.
