Ideally located in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, about one kilometer from the small village of Lamothe-Landerron, halfway between Bordeaux and Agen, Cottage RG welcomes you for a holiday with family or friends in a pleasant, warm, and peaceful setting. From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by the charm of the place and appreciate the preserved character of this fully restored property. During your stay, you will have access to various outdoor relaxation areas: a beautiful covered lounge area with a living room, plancha grill, barbecue in a converted fireplace, foosball table, a covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the lovely private swimming pool at your disposal, and a pétanque court. Our cottage comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 people. It comprises a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge with a fireplace; a utility room and laundry area; a mezzanine with a sofa bed (140x200 cm); three bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, one of which has an en-suite shower room and a built-in bathtub; a separate shower room/WC; and a separate WC. A fourth bedroom, also with a 160x200 cm bed, en-suite shower room/WC, and kitchenette, is located in an adjoining but separate annex. All bedrooms have reversible air conditioning. Parking is available on the property. Bed linen, towels, table linen, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
