On the ground floor, access to the living area includes a lounge area (corner sofa, TV, Wi-Fi), a dining area for four, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm). A bathroom features a walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a toilet. The swimming pool, shared with another gîte and the owners, measures 10 x 4.2 meters and is 1.5 meters deep. It is chlorine-treated, open from April to the end of October, and secured by an alarm. A private terrace with garden furniture is located in front of the gîte, and two dining areas are available in the garden with a fire pit shared by both gîtes. The shared garden is approximately 7000m² and includes a pétanque court.
