CAMERA: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property, on the exterior only, to help monitor the front entrance, parking, and porch areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)

FIRE PIT/OUTDOOR FIRES: Please be advised that due to the extremely dry conditions, outdoor fires are PROHIBITED until further notice. Thank you for helping us protect the forest!

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on-site 24/7.

The house and neighborhood were both beautiful! Anything we needed from the outside world was quickly found, food or otherwise. I wish I'd had more time, the kitchen was begging to be cooked in! Two full bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding we were in town for so painless, especially the walk-in closet for the master bedroom; I used it as a dressing room, complete with giant full length mirror! Would absolutely stay again if we find ourselves in Arizona sometime!

Fantastic Property!

We loved our stay at this property! The location is perfect — close to shopping, parks, and plenty of great restaurants. The home was spotless and offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The outdoor area was a highlight: the deck and patio have so much comfortable seating and create a beautiful, relaxing environment. The grill worked perfectly for our meals, and we really appreciated having garage parking. Wi-Fi and check-in were also great!The kitchen is well-stocked with small appliances, cooking utensils, and more, though the dishwasher and a few pans could use a refresh. That said, it didn’t impact our enjoyment — overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and we’d happily book it again!

Amazing House and beautiful area.

I wish we would have booked for longer, but loved the time we spent there. The creek is right in the backyard with an easy walking trail. Spent the day at Fools Hollow lake which was beautiful. The house was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the loft. My favorite was waking up and going into the sunroom in the morning. The only downside was the booking process was not the easiest or best experience through VRBO.

Mountain Rest

Four adults stayed at the property. It was welcoming, and close to places we needed to go. We were able to park our vehicle in the garage - such a nice feature! It is a comfortable home (except for the primary bed that sags and the bed in the walk through room is a bit lumpy). We were there to inter my husband's ashes into the Columbarium at St. Mary's, and the location of the home by Billy Creek was a respite for me. Overall, I would gladly stay there again!

Beautiful Creekside Rental with Whirlpool Master Bath & Loft

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was an unexpected delight to find this property overlooks a beautiful creek!! The kids enjoyed the loft! Master bath has a whirlpool tub. The property is close to many dining options. Highly recommend!

Perfect Pinetop Getaway

This property, sitting above Billy Creek, is a great choice for those wanting a quiet retreat. The home is spacious yet feels cozy. Plenty of room for three couples or a family. We enjoyed walks along the creek and surrounding neighborhood. Loved the fireplaces and the bonus room for reading and chilling.

Unique creekside getaway

We reserved this property for its central location to town hotspots and resources but also for its unique features. We were happy to see it was clean and ready earlier than expected and paid a little extra for a late checkout so as to not feel rushed after a week's stay. All the basics and necessities provided. Easy to use App TV. Back deck is fun for chilling and grilling. And the path down to the creek was fun. It's not an actively flowing creek right now but the trail is nice to stroll with dogs and enjoy nature. It's really quiet despite the distance to the main road through town and high school. We never ended up having a fire outside but it would have been nice in the dedicated spot they have for it. Maybe next time.

Wonderful get away

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. Just a quick getaway for us. Beautiful home with really cool sun room off the Master Bedroom! Very nice Owners and property managers! We had no issues at all. We will definitely stay there again. Although it was just my myself, Husband and dog…this house is large and can accommodate a big family!

Relaxing home close to everything.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The sunroom overlooking the trees while enjoying my morning coffee was my favorite thing about this home. We had three teenagers (16, 16 and 14) and we all had plenty of space. We made s’mores by the fire at night and cooked several meals, the kitchen has everything you need. We took our dog and walked him around the neighborhood everyday, neighbors we saw were all very nice. Location is close to everything as well. The hosts were very attentive, we will absolutely stay here again.
