The Space:

The Florida heat is best enjoyed on your own terms - from the shade of a screened lanai, drifting in cool water, or gathered around a table with the people you came here with. This single-level Lakeland home is built around that kind of easy, unhurried living, with everything arranged so your group can spread out, come together, and settle in from the moment you arrive.

 

Living space

The heart of the home is an open-concept layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas in one flowing space. Natural light moves through generously, and a ceiling fan keeps the air comfortable on warm afternoons. The living area centers around a TV, and the single-level floor plan - no stairs anywhere - makes the whole home accessible and easy to navigate for guests of all ages.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests comfortably. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet retreat away from the bustle of the main living areas. Two additional bedrooms each hold a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with twin-over-twin bunk beds - ideal for younger guests or anyone happy to maximize space. With three full bathrooms shared across the group, mornings run smoothly.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything a home cook needs: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. The large island doubles as a casual breakfast bar, keeping the cook in the conversation while meals come together. When it's time to sit down properly, the dining table brings everyone to the same place.

 

Outdoor living

The screened lanai is where this home really earns its keep during a Florida summer. Step outside to the private in-ground pool surrounded by outdoor furniture and a covered patio area suited for lingering meals or late-evening conversation. The attached spa - please note it is not heated - rounds out the outdoor setup. The screened enclosure keeps things comfortable and private throughout your stay.

 

Work & practicalities

A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make extended stays and remote work genuinely viable here. The washer and dryer handle laundry without a second thought, and garage parking keeps vehicles out of the sun. Exterior security cameras, including a Ring doorbell and front and rear cameras, are in place around the property. Smoke alarms are fitted throughout. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcomed, and the host greets you on arrival.

Lakeland sits at the midpoint between Tampa and Orlando, making this home a natural base for theme park visits, sporting tournaments, family road trips, or a longer relocation stay. Everything you need for a comfortable, flexible visit is already here.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
