The receptionist check-in experience was awful. The receptionist was not friendly and inflexible on simple requests. Her attitude was toward me was so unfriendly. I typically travel with my husband but he was not with me on the trip, so when I checked in I was already fell anxious when I checked in. So the unfriendly treatment made me feel much worse. I asked if I could view room before checking and she was so rude to me. Breathing hard and talking nappy to me. I tolerated it because I was traveling alone and it was late in the day and I had no other lodging options. I also asked to borrow some cleaning solution to clean the bath tub and she refused to provide it. She tried to convince me the tub was just old, not unclear. I again backed off in fear.
The staff was more defensive than customer friendly.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The facility was not in good condition!
