This is a new hotel which means it is very clean. The rooms are very spacious, beds are very comfortable, bathroom/shower area is very clean as well. Rooms are well stocked with everything one would need.
The only issue I have that resulted in a 4 star vs 5 stars rating is with the manner in which 1 out of the 4 group was not treated with the hospitality they are used to with Hilton Hotels.
This hotel was not their primary selection. I reserved rooms for all in our group, however, when they checked in, the front desk associate did not greet them appropriately. It is my understanding that she did not acknowledge their presence and did not have the appropriate eye contact or rather no eye contact when speaking with them during check in.
We are a group that travels alot for business as well as pleasure. All of whom are professionals and ones whom treat all with respect but refuses to be disrespected. Please note, the rest of the group did not have the same person as we checked in; therefore, our experience was different.
Overall the hotel is very nice. Its located near I4, restaurants and shopping. If you’re in the area and decide to stay, hopefully, you will interact with someone whom is more personable as a representative of Hilton hotels.
