«I enjoyed my stay very much. The property and rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and seem happy. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were excellent and effective. The continental breakfast is plentiful and the serving staff was outstanding. The server in charge of breakfast was cheerful and helpful, had a kind word for everyone and was cleaning and replenishing throughout. I would definitely stay here again.»

«We were travelling from Sioux Falls, SD to Thunder Bay which, due to inclement weather, ended up being an 11 hour drive. When we finally got to the hotel we were informed that they had cancelled our reservation because they weren't able to process the credit card on file and that they had reached out to us to update the payment method. The card was locked because we had tried to use it in the US and had forgotten to advise the credit card company that we were travelling - but since we have a ...

«The hotel is undergoing renovations to modernize. Beds were new and comfortable. The neighbour hood is sketchy and parking is across the street. Felt safe enough during daylight. Housekeeping is ok just don’t look too closely. Overall great stay for the price.»

«Nice welcoming by the host. The WiFi was very bad, dark and tramped room. Outdated facilities. Because of other visitors, I did not get much sleep. They kept on knocking on their friends doors outside our door. Finally my houseband had to go out in the hallway and tell them to be quiet. Afterwards it got more quiet. Building in great need of updating. I would not come back but I am grateful to have a bed to sleep in, when the alternative would be sleeping in the car. »

«I was expecting better! There was nothing wrong with the staff. My issue was the room. The floor was very squeaky and the bed was horrible. I was looking forward to a good night sleep and I got the worse. I was in so much pain. I will never go back to that hotel.»
