The living room is warm and inviting, centered around a rustic wood-burning stove perfect for cozy evenings. Comfortable seating makes it ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet night in.

The well-equipped kitchen features wood countertops, updated appliances, and an open layout overlooking the living and dining area. It includes everything you need for home-cooked meals:

• Pots, pans, and dinnerware

The home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests across two bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed

House Rules

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

• No smoking or vaping inside the home

• Maximum occupancy: 5 guests

• Pets are not allowed

• Guests must respect lake quiet hours and neighborhood peace

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property

• Lake is non-motorized (no motorboats allowed)

• Parking available on-site for up to 2 vehicles

• Wildlife may be present around the property

• Seasonal insects are common due to lakefront setting

• Firewood is not guaranteed—please plan accordingly if using stove

Guest Access:

Guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. The entire cottage and outdoor spaces are exclusively yours during your stay.

While the immediate surroundings are calm and residential, you’re still within a short drive of several charming South Puget Sound destinations:

• Gig Harbor – About 20–30 minutes away, known for its scenic waterfront, boutique shops, art galleries, and excellent dining along the harbor

• Key Peninsula – A scenic rural stretch filled with parks, shoreline access points, and quiet drives through forested landscapes

• Port Orchard – Around 15–20 minutes away, offering antique shops, cafes, and a relaxed waterfront downtown

• Allyn – A small waterfront community with golf at Lakeland Village and access to outdoor recreation

• We take cleanliness seriously—this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay.

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
