«Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better.This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. «The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things ...

«Unfortunately, this property was totally unacceptable and we had to move out after one day. We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). The washer/dryer were in a dirty shed in the backyard that required payment. The rental unit itself was incredibly noisy--it faces a busy street and the AC units were deafening. We hardly slept. «This was the worst place I ever rented. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. »
