1.3.26 it is snowing! Resorts are open, book your winter trip now. Centrally located between Heavenly Ski Resort and Sierra At Tahoe.

The Golden Bear Tahoe home is well set up for family vacations, a chance to get away to Lake Tahoe and relax. Furnishings and appliances were all updated in 2021.The home features upstairs living to enjoy the views of acres of forest across the street. Upstairs you will find the spacious living room with comfortable couch and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The primary suite is on the upper level also. The front deck is a great spot to have your morning coffee and plan the day’s adventures. The living area also includes an air hockey game and foosball.
The deck off the dining area has patio furniture (in season) and a propane BBQ.
The lower level includes a family room with smart tv and 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The access to the fenced backyard and hot tub is off the family room. The family room has a Mortal Kombat arcade style game and 1 fast and furious game (video games recently refreshed/repaired)

The Golden Bear Trail neighborhood is conveniently located off of Pioneer Trail, it is an easy drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, The Heavenly Village at Stateline and Tahoe beaches and hiking trails. Immediately across the street from this home you can access acres of open forest great for long walks, or snow shoes or cross country skis in the winter.

Parties/Weddings/Bachelor or Bachelorette parties not allowed. El Dorado County noise ordinances will be enforced, neighbors do live here full time and request a peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the home.

While staying here, please make sure to follow local ordinances (noise/maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles on site)We also require a signed rental agreement for every reservation and the person signing must be 25 years of age, must be staying at the property and have a copy of the signed rental agreement with them during their stay.

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snowplows that clear the roads.
4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low-profile vehicle you may have difficulties.
Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries) Golden Bear Trail is a primary plow road.
