Hoteller nær Lake Sherman Park

«Clean room and staff was polite and helpful.»

«Comfortable room and beds»

«We were very disappointed to find that our room was actually a smoking room ( even though the front desk promised that it wasn’t). The odor when we opened up the door was over powering. ( our cpap machines the next night at home even had the odor). The sofa in the room was gross, old, saggy and stained. The bathroom was very small and the sink was part of the kitchenette. You might ask why did we stay, the answer we could not find any other rooms in the area.»

«This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting: the carpet smelled heavily of urine and feces, and there were actual blood stains on the wall. The shower was incredibly dirty and foul-smelling. To make matters worse, people were openly smoking weed right at the main entrance, making the environment feel completely unsafe for a family. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this property. It is a major health and safety hazard. Do not bring ...

«The breakfast was very good with lots of options. Check-in was complicated. I had reserved online but still had to complete a form for additional charges if you smoked or had pets. I also had to provide my credit card for a deposit. My credit card was already on file. Additionally I had to pre-register online before my stay. I’ve never encountered this with other stays.»

«The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. There was nothing negative about our stay, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.»

«Hotellet var helt i orden, enkelt, pent og rent. Vi bodde der i 8 netter og fikk beskjed om at det ikke var vask og rydd av rom før utsjekk. Vi fikk håndklær og toalettpapir i resepsjonen ved forespørsel og søppelen måtte vi kaste selv!!! Fikk også beskjed om å gå ut bakveien ved en anledning etter at gulvet var vasket i resepsjonsområdet, slik at det ikke ble møkkete med en gang!»

«First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I have made an exception this time in order to help anyone deciding to stay at this Microtel in North Canton, Ohio. My wife and I are in our 70's and we chose this hotel because it was close to Sluggers and Putters Amusement Park. While checking in at the hotel, my wife (jokingly) said to the clerk "We are taking a vacation from our dogs." The clerk rudely responded "No pets are ALLOWED". After we got that misunderstanding cleared up, it took way too ...

«There was no breakfast included in my stay and the breakfast was $10 which really wasn’t that great there was no fruit on the buffet or just not a breakfast place Staff extremely nice everyone very helpful. The TV works really well in the Internet however, the rooms were OK but I wouldn’t give the cleanliness five stars. It was definitely 3 1/2 to 4 as far as the resort the place itself the pool was a little bit dirty, although the whirlpool worked extremely well and the corners there’s like and ...

«It was alright.»

«The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.»

«I would give zero stars but I’m forced to give 1. Let me start by saying I felt lied to and taken advantage of immediately at check-in. My mistake for not immediately leaving. First we purchased a 2 bdrm king size beds suite. That room does NOT exist but I paid for it. So we were forced to downgrade to one king one double bed. Mind you we received no discount, credit, or even an apology for the misrepresentation of the property and Expedia. As if that wasn’t bad enough we had NO heat in the ...
