Guest access
You will have full access to the house and all the amenities listed. A secure door code will be sent to you before check in and there is no need to use keys.
Other things to note
By booking you agree to have read and understood the below:

* All types of outdoor equipment must stay outdoors. We kindly ask that you don't bring in your ski, biking, hiking or any other gear inside as it will damage the home and you will be responsible for the costs. Simply use the new gear shed located on the right of the driveway to store your belongings if needed.
* Two pet maximum and pets must be pre-approved and kept off furniture. You will be responsible for any damages.
* No smoking inside the property. You will be responsible for all costs if there is smoke of any kind inside the home.
* No parties allowed and all noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm per local laws.
* It is recommended to have vehicles that are capable of handling mountain weather and the driveway.
* This property is monitored via exterior cameras at the front entrance for your safety
* Rental agreement is required to be signed with a valid government issued ID. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
* There will be no refunds for any reason outside of the cancellation policy. It is highly recommended to get travel insurance for your protection. Unfortunately I can't control the weather or have any control on events or cancellations:(
