Make your lake getaway one to remember at The Sweet Escape. This adorable condo features gorgeous views of the main channel, a beautiful master suite with waterfront views, and extra sleeping arrangements for kiddos or a few friends! Prime location just minutes from the Strip and Osage Beach!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features granite countertops and a large breakfast bar with 4 barstools. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig coffee maker.

Living Room
The living room features a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, tables and ottoman.

Master Suite
The Master Suite features a king-sized bed with Tempurpedic mattress, nightstands, and a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony. There is also a small desk with a monitor available for you. The master bathroom features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second room is considered a bonus room and has a futon, fold out bed.

Outside
Out on the waterfront balcony you will find a patio table, multiple chairs and cozy string lights that light up the night. There is a gas BBQ grill available for your use. Just a few steps across the parking lot there is a large community pool that overlooks the lake, that also has a large flattop grill available for community use!

Neighborhood Description
The Tara Condominium Complex is located off Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from all the excitement on the Bagnell Dam Strip, tons of great lakefront restaurants and bars just minutes away by car or by boat, nightlife, shopping, golfing, and boat rentals just 4 minutes away at Big Thunder.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

• Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex
