Emerald Bay Complex

Penthouse Condo, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, Bunk Area (sleeps 11)

Warm and plush, the atmosphere in this huge Penthouse condo shouts relaxation and comfort! New large sofa and love seat along with new accent tables make the living room seem very spacious. At about 2400 sq ft, the great room, dining room and kitchen is double the size of most other condos. Two master suites assure luxury, with Master #1 hosting a King size bed and private bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, as well as sliding glass doors to the screened in deck. Master Suite #2 has a comfy King size bed with a walk-in closet , double sinks and a jacuzzi tub and shower in a private bath. There is also an open deck through those sliding glass doors. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and a bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Bedroom #4 is also large and we call it a ‘Dorm Room’ because 5 people can share the room furnished with 2-twin beds and a bunk bed with a full sized bottom bunk and twin top bunk. Another walk-in closet and full private bath finishes this suite off.

We have free WiFi. Living Room and Master #1 have cable. The other 3 bedrooms have smart TVs with fire sticks. The new dining room table is large with seating for 6 and there is a kitchen bar that seats another 4. It is also fun to dine out on the screened-in porch, at the table and chairs for 6 with the breathtaking view of the main channel of the Lake of the Ozarks… and wait until you experience our incredible sunsets from the comfort of the deck. Several times throughout the summer, a huge fireworks display is offered very close to Emerald Bay and you can simply bring your cocktail to the deck to watch it in comfort with a front-seat view.

Our Emerald Bay condo is a must see with all the beautiful furnishings and spacious living space. There are two swimming pools, a club house and a tennis court for your enjoyment. Emerald Bay is VERY conveniently located right off of Horseshoe Bend Parkway/HH and just a mile from Business 54 where you will easily find close grocery shopping, restaurants, go carts, miniature golf and the famous Bagnell Dam ‘Strip’! Parking for 2 cars is located directly in front of our unit and we have parking passes for you at check-in. You can rent boats and jet skis close by for day use. We are located on the 14mm, close to Toll/Community Bridge and several on-the-water restaurants/ night clubs. Keep in mind, Fall and Winter is also a popular time to take a break at the lake. The cooler air is great for golfing and getting a head start on Christmas shopping. Take advantage of the low season rates now and reserve your time to getaway! Please email or call with questions. It is a beautiful condo and a great front porch. We enjoyed our stay, the only problem was, we had 8 adults and no one wanted to sleep in the bunk bed room. I guess that bedroom is fixed up for children, and ours are all over 30 now. Instead of two twin beds, It would have been nice to have two queens in that room. Other than that, it was great.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay @ your place and would love to come again. The space & 4 bedroom were comfy & cozy the kitchen layout was good & had all we needed. Loved the outdoor decks. We rented a boat one day & he picked us up at the docks, worked well.

Lake Views, Clean Enough, Budget Friendly!

I don't have anything incredibly negative to say - we enjoyed our stay as a whole! But I will leave an honest review bc it helps me so much when booking properties! Our group of 10 stayed here for a bachelorette party! The rooms were spacious and each room had its own bathroom, which is key for getting ready! And the configuration of the rooms was good too - we had family members sharing the 2 king beds and 1 queen bed - then 4 people in the bunkroom, which was a good setup/layout. The views of the lake were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting out on the large screened in porch (it has fans also!) The kitchen was pretty disorganized but well stocked - likely the result of various bach parties and other groups who have stayed (lots of colorful bowls/trays/etc for hosting which was handy). Overall the place was pretty clean, BUT the showers are dated and there were some maintenance things that made the place feel more grungy and less clean (not a housekeeping issue, just maintenance). Some caulk that needed redone, trim was beat up/paint worn, etc. However I was anticipating that based on other reviews. The parking situation was TIGHT, you have to make a sharp left turn to park by the condo - and if you have a large vehicle you def should back in, and also cross your fingers that no larger vehicles block your path while getting out! But we drove and also uber'd a ton, and were able to fanagle it every time - and the drivers were all able to find us quickly!

Lacking basic household items

Kitchen poorly equipped. No lids for pots n pans. No sugar, coffee filters, paper towels were the worst possible kind, no tissue boxes, TV remotes in master bedroom don’t work. It’s one of those neglected properties sadly.

Perfection!

The condo was just as described. Spacious, stocked with supplies, and basic essentials. Even with having 9 people in our group, we never felt cramped. Very large screened in balcony provided a perfect view of the lake. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We were never very far from activities, and places to eat. The property manager was also very detailed in making sure our stay was as good as it could have been. We enjoyed the area as first time visitors, and would definitely stay there again! First trip to Missouri

Great fun in Missouri!! A little humid but should have expected that with SO MUCH water every where. The condo was great. Jennifer was super responsive. Checked on us frequently. With 11 of us, (5 Children) the condo was perfect with lots of room. The kitchen had everything we needed as we all cook. Made great memories! Would recommend!!

Care free and enjoyable

This was our 4th time using this condo for our annual family reunion. We know this is a top-tier condo, and it is in a convenient location for our family of 11 guests. We know that the accommodations are excellent, and have been so for each of our visits. No worry about comfort or adequate sleeping and bath accommodations. really dirty

Stayed in this condo for 4 nights. It was pretty dirty. We noticed right away the extent of it. The carpet was pretty stained in many locations, where the carpet meets the tile from the kitchen there was a big separation where someone could easily slice a foot or toe. The screen on the patio was completely detached from the bottom half which seemed like a hazard for children. It just made the place feel really cheap seeing it flap in the wind like that. One of the bedrooms had tiny hairs on the nightstand which was disgusting. That is a place that should be cleaned after every stay. The coffee maker was absolutely disgusting and had hard water stains all in it. I have Photos to prove all these things. The vent covers were visibly dirty (black) and some of them not even fully on. The bed covers had stains, the towels were dingy looking. the sink in one of the bathrooms didn't drain correctly. The tile was also super dirty when looking at the grout. You could see what the color was supposed to be in the corners of the rooms. This place could use updating, new towels, new flooring or atleast hire someone to clean the dang carpet. I would not come back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. I didn't even want to sit on the couches that's how dirty and grungy this place was. If you're there for a bachelor party then this place is for you, but if you are there for a nice family vacation look elsewhere when it comes to cleanliness. Also for 12 guests only 2 parking spots.

Fantastic View

We loved our stay at Emerald Bay! It was the perfect place for two families with 6 kiddos to stay. The amount of beds and bathrooms was ideal for a stay with two families sharing one space. The deck with that view was our favorite place to be during our stay! Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Emerald Bay review

Overall our stay was a hit! Few minor things that would’ve made the stay better such as more towels for bathrooms and a cleaner balcony area as ours was very very dirty. There was a lost shoe in one of the bathroom closets which made us question thoroughness of the cleaning process but overall we would recommend or return! Jennifer was great and easy to work with and we enjoyed the condo for our large family (especially having a bathroom for each bedroom) we will be back!

Stunning view with an ideal location (and 2 pools!).

Went for our first family vacation post-COVID-19 and couldn’t have lucked out more. The condo is spacious (as described) and clean and the patio is HUGE with plenty of seating for everyone. The location is right off Bagnell Dam Blvd and a short drive down Horseshoe Bend Pkwy. Ideal for any getaway with loved ones or friends. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice Getaway

Jennifer was very easy to communicate with. Was always quick to reply! The condo was very clean & spacious. The check in and out was very easy. The only thing is the condo rules only allows two vehicles to be parked there. But this is a beautiful condo on the lake & would recommend!

Fantastic! We will be back!

This home was perfect for our family. It was the penthouse so it was on the third floor with stairs but somehow they made the stairs feel easy, no big deal, for climbing up and down to the pool/dumpster. The best thing, was that it was huge with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms but we were all on one floor. What a great layout that gave our family privacy but allowed us to easily spend more time together! It was updated with nice decor and very nice comfortable furniture. The view was breathtaking. Huge deck! We did not have time to grill but they had an awesome grill with a smoker. Every time we needed something they had it. We’ve stayed in other places where they did not have much in terms of paper towels etc…which is understandable but not here, if we ran out of something there was plenty more. We made some really great memories in this home and bonded closer as a family! I highly recommend this condo! Thank you to the Brochomes and the Howard’s! Sorry if I’m spelling that wrong (going off of memory from the book). My seven year old daughter loved the bunk bed and on our last day cried because she didn’t want to leave. The property managers were so awesome, answering any questions asap. They were kind, helping with my anxiety when I couldn’t find the email with the code. I would recommend making sure you know the code and maybe print out the email before you get there. For us, it was a long drive and my cell service was not working well so I found myself in a pickle trying to get my email to open to get inside and had kids that really needed to use the restroom lol. Anyway, for sure, stay here! I would only have one recommendation and it’s a big one and I understand why you wouldn’t make this change but… to turn on the showers was a bit of a challenge but only because of the fancy spout. It’s one of those where you have to pull down/up on a ring at the spout. It’s not very easy to do and had to have my boyfriend help as did the kids but that’s it! We just LOVED IT! Thank you so very much for having a nice place like this for our family to enjoy! Sincerely

Family Reunion Weekend

Great condo with great accommodations. This was our 2nd time using this condo for our reunion weekend. Had 8 adults and 3 children. Four separate bedrooms made for great sleeping accommodations for all. May use it again next year. Only shortcoming is that it has parking limit of 2 vehicles on site, so some remote parking may be required for additional cars.
