Hoteller nær Lake Norman Tennis Center

«Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Plenty of free paeking and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The building overall is older and during our stay, only one elevator was functional. But that didn't take away from the visit. The hot breakfast included was also solid; waffles, pork sausage and turkey sausag, and eggs, and your normal continental breakfast spread.»

«Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were outdated and bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. It was a good stay for the night though.»

«First impression was like the photos on line. The property looked nice and rather new. Upon going to our room, we were impressed with the courtyard, the seating and the grills they were available. That all ended when we opened the door to room 205. It was nasty!! The smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. Looking around the room was really disgusting. The walls are all marked up, dead spider in a web in the corner of the ceiling, stains on the walls, the door handle on the bathroom door ...

«The place was clean and had very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were incredible and well stocked/ attended.»

«Good expérience»

«We stopped for the night and found the room to be big and comfortable. They just had a very basic breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to park right in front of the room.»

«Everything was Great!»

«The staff was great. We really enjoyed our room. It was right on the water and the restaurant on site kept us from having to leave at all.»

«Bedding and pillows not good, iron terrible»

«The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location.»

«The reviews I read, before booking does not accurately decribe my most recent experience. Upon check-in, the hotel appeared less maintained than pictures or reviews described on the site. The staff seemed disinterested upon check-in. Our room had a hole in the bathroom door and in the carpet, but seemed reasonably clean. Housekeeping is restricted to every 3 days, including new towels, and only 1 roll of extra TP was provided. (There were 3 occupants). During our first night stay, around 1:30 ...

«Topp hotell - grei beliggenhet.»

«We liked the ping pong table; we specifically chose this hotel for the fireplace in the common space lobby area, however upon check in, we were told by the clerk that the fireplace had not worked since she had been working there. Upon entering the room from a chilly evening, the room was freezing as the ceiling fan was on & the air conditioning was set to 60 degrees; we suspected this was an attempt to mask the reeking smell of cat urine in the entry way; it did not work. On the second night I ...
