«The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, room was good. Breakfast was good if you need something quick. Could not turn the shower on without getting a face full of cold water do to the weird glass partition. It's loud! You can hear everyone in the halls, if you are staying on the water side you hear trumpets at 7:50am every morning.»

«Don’t pay extra for city view. It is a painting of buildings on a shade and when you lower the shades there is a building, no view of the city.»

«Second time visiting the hotel. When I am in Oakland this is my go to hotel in the middle of downtown and lake activities.»

«I stayed the first night. The next day I discovered the room had a wall lamp held on with scotch tape and was falling out with exposed wires. I was moved to another room for the remainder of my stay and asked for a refund of the first night as I felt I was put in a fire hazard. I spoke with three clerks but no manager ever addressed this with me. I booked via Expedia who I notified. Krista then contacted the hotel manager who refused my request because I continued my stay.»

«There was no balcony. The floor was dusty haven’t washed. There’s no bottled water. Bed frame was not good, little move make a noise. Staff was not friendly enough. The room was very damp and humid. There was a very strong musty smell. Smelled strongly of mold.»

«Non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Neighbors were at least on the porch, outside. On asking we got a view of the Marina, nice! kind woman at the front desk»

«Grei beliggenhet om du har bil og ønsker til San Fransisco! Anbefaler tog over dammen da det er utrolig mye trafikk over brua til tider. Beste med stedet er innehaveren som sitter bak kassa! Utrolig hyggelig fyr som gjorde at man følte seg godt ivaretatt på motellet! Anbefales på sterkeste!»

«Helt grei plass for overnatting. Gode senger og rene rom. Fin pris. Ikke mye å gjøre i det nætmeste lokalområdet.»
