ACCESS AND PARKING

The entire 1-bedroom condo is yours. Check-in is contactless: you'll receive a unique access code 24 hours before arrival for the smart lock keypad at the front door. One free parking space is on site, with overflow parking nearby. A car is recommended; ride-share service is limited. Milwaukee is about 1 hour 15 minutes away, Madison about 1 hour and Chicago about 1 hour 45.



AREA

Williams Bay Beach and Village are about 5 minutes (2 miles) and downtown Lake Geneva about 10 (6 miles). Abbey Springs Golf Course is about 5 minutes, and Lake Geneva Golf Club and Grand Geneva Resort golf about 10. Sprecher's Restaurant and Pub is about 2 miles, and Gordy's Boat House and Simple Cafe about 3. The Geneva Lake Museum and Lake Geneva Ziplines and Adventures are about 10 minutes, and Alpine Valley Resort about 25. Festival Foods, Walgreens and Mercy Hospital are each about 5 minutes away.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.

• No smoking and no pets. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• An exterior security camera is on the property.

• A noise monitor is on the property.

• There is no laundry in the condo; a laundromat is about 5 minutes away.

• The association pool is open in the summer months only. The pool at the nearby Lodge at Geneva National is open to the public for a fee and is not included in your stay.

• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are in the unit.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

• You'll also get a link to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in, and you'll choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
