«We stayed in room 1. The room was large with plenty of storage space and nice furnishings. There were lots of nice touches. A sherry decanter, nice biscuits to go with your tea, a chocolate on your pillow each day and some water in the fridge. The bathroom was large and there was a range of nice toiletries and lovely fluffy towels. «Super friendly and quick check in. Prompt room change when the room key wasn't working. Excellent spa facilities - notably the thermal pool. Good range of breakfast options (the pancakes from the kitchen order options were fab). Good quality food for evening meal in the dining room. The location speaks for itself - fantastic. »

«Perfectly situated hotel, easily walkable into Bowness and all its attractions. The Belsfield has beautiful grounds and although maybe could do with a slight refresh it’s still a beautiful hotel with lots of charm and character. Breakfast was good and speedily served. The staff are polite and attentive and big shout out to the barman on Saturday evening who made me the best mai tai I’ve ever tasted.
