This spacious getaway sleeps 8 with 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering comfort for families or groups. The walkout level is packed with entertainment, including a 9 ft pool table, shuffleboard, card table, chalkboard wall, and a wide selection of games. After a day of fun, relax in the 6-person sauna or enjoy the peaceful sounds of the creek just outside. Hidden Creek Hideaway is your ideal escape from the everyday hustle!

Air Conditioning: Yes! There is a new central air system at this location.

ATVs: Not for use on property. If you bring them for the trails 10 miles away, please do not remove them from your trailer.

Animals: Deer, Pileated Woodpeckers, Turkey, Squirrel, and Chipmunks are native to the area.

Main Floor: Full Bath with shower/tub combo
Downstairs: Full Bath with 5ft walk-in shower

Beach/Swimming: Sandy Beachfront on the Creek. The Creek is 5ft to 6ft in depth, and approximately 10ft wide.

Cable: This property does not have traditional cable, but offers two TV's with Roku devices!

Cell Phone Service: Cell service is decent but can be slow on the weekends & holidays. Service does work well on a hotspot.

Coffee Maker: Yes! There is a Keurig & Mr. Coffee 12 Cups. K-Cups, Coffee, and Filters are provided.

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: This location has two remote-start gas log fireplaces! One is located on the main floor, and the other is in the walkout level.

Fire-pit: There are two firepits at this location, and a firetable!

Fishing: Lake Misaukee has good fishing, with bluegill, black crappie, largemouth bass, walleye, and yellow perch being native to the lake. It is 14 minutes (8 miles) away.

Golf: Misaukee Golf Club: 5 minutes (4.2 miles)

Grill: Yes! There is a propane grill at this location.

Grocery Store:
Roger's: 9 minutes (4.1 miles)

Handicap Friendly: There are no additional features to make this property handicap friendly.

Heat: There is a new propane forced air system!

Hunting: Hunting is not allowed on the property. Please follow all local and state guidelines if hunting in the area.

Internet: This property does have WiFi! But it is spotty, it is the best offered for the area currently but can not handle multiple devices. If you plan to work remotely, we recommend using an additional hotspot here.

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. If you are fussy about the thread count of your sheets, just let us know, and I'll make sure we leave a bed open for your sheets. We have standard sheets, pillows, pillowcases and bath towels.

Parking: 6 cars & trailers.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Privacy: There are no neighbors in view during the summer time.

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.

Space: 2000 sqft, three-level home.

Seniors: Seniors Welcome! There are four steps into the house. For beach access, we recommend using the walkout lower level to get outside instead of taking the sandy hill.

Special Features: There is a 9 ft pool table, a 6-person sauna, a shuffleboard table, a chalkboard wall, a card table, and tons of games in the walkout level!

Towels: All bath and kitchen towels will be provided during your stay. Please bring beach towels with you!

Washer and Dryer: Yes! The washer & dryer are in the walkout level, which also serves as the dressing room for the sauna. Detergent & dryer sheets are provided.

Wood: Yes! There is wood stored by the upper firepit, and guests are welcome to go through the woods for firewood as well.
