«We were comfortable here, in a condo with a rather pleasant view of the San Juans and Lake San Cristobal. The owners really have provided the full complement of kitchen needs for this tidy unit, as well as plenty of games or puzzles if you end up spending time indoors. Try Lake City-opoly! Furniture is comfortable. It was very clean throughout. Water pressure was great. Sitting on the deck, relaxing is also a requirement here as the views are as described above. We enjoyed the mountains first ...

«This place was excellent! Two of us stayed here and had an awesome time. The location is super convenient to Lift 7, the walking path along the river and everything else in Telluride. The unit was clean and updated. The perfect space for 2-3 adults. The hot tub was also very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!»

The unit itself is run down and in need of repairs which I’m sure we are not the first to bring to their attention. The user manual has no additional information than the check in instructions. TV instructions wouldBe helpful. Messages sent were responded to quickly so we appreciated that. They fail to mention in the listing or in a separate message that the building has roof repairs ...
