Once inside this LUXURY LAKE FRONT property you immediately feel the warmth & character of the historic home while also appreciating its newly remodeled & updated features. Relax in the Restoration Hardware furniture as you enjoy the wonderful lake views from nearly every room in the house! Stunning MAIN-LEVEL MASTER SUITE with easy access to kitchen & living areas. All main-level living & dining spaces open onto a large furnished lake view deck w/gas grill. Den & bar area will accommodate everyone for MOVIE NIGHT ON THE 85” SMART TV (6 MORE SMART TV’S THROUGHT). The professional kitchen is meticulously remodeled with hand rubbed solid white oak cabinets, quartz & quartzite counters, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 coffee makers, double oven range & built-in ceramic interior fridge w/solid bronze hardware. The walk-in pantry includes an additional “overflow” fridge for large groups. The living room features a massive fireplace & vaulted beamed ceiling with huge windows opening the house to the lake, trees & mountains. TWO ADDITIONAL MASTER SUITES perched at both ends of the top floor each have their own private staircases & balconies with “treehouse like” lake views. The house features organic cotton mattresses (including 4 Cal Kings) & ultra-high end custom Pom Pom bedding throughout. (2 cribs and 1 pack & play are available as well.) Four more fireplaces add charm & warmth. Downstairs are 3 more en-suite bedrooms & a game room that opens to a covered patio & spa. What a great house! There was ample space for our family (10 people) to gather and also ample space for people to have private time. Kitchen was stocked for a large group, we appreciated the multiple fridges and dishwashers! Tony Puma was incredibily responsive. We had a great time. Thank you!

Gorgeous Home and Location

This is a beautiful home and we had a wonderful time. The home is stocked with everything you might need and the host is super easy to communicate with. Our family of grandparents, two sets of parents and five grandchildren each had our own space and plenty of gathering spots. The view is outstanding. Sitting on the deck is a real pleasure. I highly recommend this property.

Family Memories

Our family’s three-generation, pre-Christmas gathering was so fun and memorable thanks to Tony and his beautiful, well-appointed home. The location, with walking path near the lake and lovely scenery, can’t be beat. Tony was readily available when we had questions and was always very accommodating. The unexpected, gorgeous Christmas wreaths, floral arrangements, and poinsettias lining the entry walkway made the place especially magical for young and old.This home had been on my favorites list for three years. It is truly an enchanting place. I’m so glad I finally rented it and helped create lasting memories for my family. As my niece said, “I love everything about this place!” Thanks again, Tony!

Amazing hospitality!

Beautiful Home

My family and I fell in love with this house. It’s absolutely stunning and we can’t wait to return during the summer. Exactly as it looks in the pictures. Huge property right by the lake, clean, very comfortable, full of all the amenities you would need. The host was very sweet and easy to deal with. Beautiful home on the lake

Very comfortable large home. Enjoyed views from the bedrooms of the lake and Forest. Grand large table to serve dinner to 12. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. We hope to come back to stay again.

Don’t book this property!

We had this house reserved for our kids ski week and also to celebrate my nephews 9th birthday. There were 6 adults in our group and 4 kids. We drove from Orange County to Lake Arrowhead (2 hour drive). The property manager/owner called us at 1pm (day of arrival) after we had already arrived to Lake Arrowhead to tell us he forgot to schedule a cleaning crew so the house would not be cleaned by the 4pm check-in. He proceeded to tell us the previous guests that left the same day had “cleaned up” and so we could use the house and he would try to schedule cleaning the following day. I don’t know anyone that would be comfortable with staying in a house that was dirty and was just occupied by other guests. We couldn’t find another place to stay on such short notice and had such limited internet or phone service due to being in the mountains, we had to drive back down the mountain and head home with 4 extremely disappointed kids and adults. We lost an entire day of our vacation, wasted money on gas for two cars and had to pay our chef that had shopped to prepare dinner for us that evening. Very unfortunate experience.

Look no further than this spectacular resort-like mansion!

What a wonderful way to ring in the holiday season with our friends and family. The adults loved the family room with 180 deg view of the lake, game table, and huge TV while the kids loved the downstairs level where they could escape from the adults, lol. We thought the online images of the space were incredible already, but seeing the home in person it's even more spectacular. Ample room for 5-6 families to each have their own space, gorgeous and picturesque outdoor scenery to take in the sights, one of the best (if not the best) rentals we've ever enjoyed! *Few things to note* - Ice maker was not working properly, you may need to purchase ice - Main level primary bedroom gets very cold since it shares the same heating system as the entire first floor. If you turn the heat up to accommodate for the bedroom, the main level gets too hot. If you keep it low, the bedroom gets very cold at night. Property managers should get a small portable heater just for this bedroom. All other rooms have their own nest thermostat. - Pillows in every room are VERY soft. Too soft. No support kind of soft. I would probably bring my own pillows next time, but that defeats the purpose of vacationing. No points docked for the above (mini) issues. Just something to note before you book. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a luxury stay in Lake Arrowhead. Thank you Tony for the great communication and being super accommodating! Can't wait to come back!

Family Vacation

19 of my family members, ranging from age 5-82 stayed here! We had 6 different families stay and every one fit perfectly! There was plenty of space everywhere you went, plenty of supplies for everyone., it was the perfect stay! AMAZING VIEWS!!! Location was within 15 minutes of anything you could want, grocery, shops, restaurants, etc! Was the best vacation for our family and the house was absolutely perfect! Tony is a great host as well!

Exceptional Property on the Lake!

Not enough space to write about this special house. We had the best time! We went with 3 1/2 families and it was the perfect size. We easily could have had another family. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The soundproofing is excellent for kids sleeping while adults stay up. The Lake was so warm, the weather beautiful. Plenty of spaces to park, great neighborhood for walking around or walking on the lake trail. The kitchen is well stocked - extra fridge was very useful for overflow. The interior design is really beautiful and each room feels like a 5 star hotel, but welcoming and homey. Tony and his family have a really special home and we are grateful they share it! We would go again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property!

I stayed here with a group of 10 adults and 4 children over Easter weekend and it was the perfect weekend getaway! The view of the lake is stunning. House was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. There were many adorable areas of the house to lounge and relax in. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It is short walk to a nearby playground and to UCLA conference center and family resort. This was pleasant surprise! Tony our host gave us excellent, detailed check in instructions prior to our stay. He responded promptly to any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Lake Arrowhead.
