Welcome to Rocky Point, a stunning lakefront retreat in the most desirable cove in Lake Arrowhead, Paradise Bay, which includes your own PRIVATE dock to swim and fish! This beautiful getaway offers highly upgraded furnishings, cozy spaces, amazing lake views and a backup generator so you are never out of power! LAKE ARROWHEAD ACCESS: We will register your group and have 2 ALA passes which allows 5 guests per pass (A total of 10) to access the private walking trails around the lake as well as your private dock where you can hang out, swim and fish!
The private beach clubs (Burnt Mill and Tavern Bay are private) and only accessible by the homeowners. There is no public rentals. You can take a waterskiing class through the Mckenzie water ski school in the village if you would like to water ski.
EXTENDED DESCRIPTION BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: This is a primary Suite on the 2nd floor. This has a King size Sleep Number bed, 55` TV, complete with an over-sized en-suite bathroom a heated towel rack with dual sinks, separate walk in shower and soaking tub with amazing lake views.

Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds and a full bed w/a separate reading room
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a 55` TV.
Back up generator- Never be without power!
Living Room- Large very comfortable sofa, heated massage chair, fireplace, 75` Smart TV with YouTube TV!
KITCHEN:
Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 5 burner gas range, and a large oven. Fireplace in the eat-in kitchen area. Unobstructed views of the lake!
LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, working fireplace, plenty of seating and a large 75`` Smart TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
LIVING ROOM 2- Full bar, Shuffleboard, ping pong, 2 arcade games, overstock fridge, wine fridge, wine rack, L couch and 65` TV.
OUTSIDE:
The living room opens up to your own private outdoor lake paradise with something for the entire group. On floor 1 is the salt water hot tub, pop up Bluetooth+ speakers, seating couch and heat lamps. Deck 2 has a beautiful seating area with 2 heat lamps. Outside the kitchen is the BBQ to fire up those steaks. Across from the BBQ is a Blackstone Grill.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed FIBER WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
LAKE ACCESS: We will register your group and have 2 ALA passes which allows access to the Tavern Bay beach club and Burnt Mill beach club, the various private parks and the walking trails around the lake:)!.
LOCATION:
Less than a 3 minute drive to Arrowhead Village and .5 mile walk (10 minutes!) to the village from the lake trail located directly in front of our home!
GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
