Cozy in the winter and fresh in the summer, this home is a year-round gem, perfectly situated between Traverse City (20 mins), Sleeping Bear Dunes (15 mins) and Leelanau Peninsula (15-30 mins).

Your stay includes access to a complete wellness circuit that is ready on arrival. Unwind under the stars after days exploring the dunes, hiking trails, or wine tasting at the northern escape.

The space
This home sits on 2.5 acres, backing up to open woods. The covered porch wraps around three sides of the house, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening meal.

The open-concept space includes a living room with sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and king bedroom with luggage rack and open closet. The bathroom has plush robes, slippers, and a towel warmer. A full-size washer and dryer, detergent, and steamer are provided.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Other things to note
This home is located on a privately maintained dirt road shared by a few other houses. During the winter, we recommend only booking this house if you have a 4 wheel drive car and are experienced driving in snowy conditions. The cold plunge will be emptied in the winter months when it is below freezing as it is non operable in those temps. The cold weather should provide the same temperature contrast experience :)
