The beautiful apartment “Apartment Malga” is part of the apartment building “Unterkehrhof”, a typical South Tyrolean house, and boasts a central location at the beginning of the famous Gröden Valley (Val Gardena). The holiday home, which is close to renowned sights like the alpine Seiser Alm, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable and satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. A washing machine is available upon request. The shared outdoor area impresses guests with a garden and an open terrace. You also can play table tennis or use the shared barbecue to prepare your own meals and children will be delighted to see the playground with a swing, a sandbox and a playing house. In the area there are a lot of walking and hiking paths through untouched nature as well as ike lanes for families and downhill trails. There is a bus stop only 200 m (4 minutes on foot) from the building. The town of Lajen is only a 4-minute drive from the property (2.2 km) where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. In fall you can easily reach the historical "Bauernhöfe" (farms) within 10 minutes on foot (700 m) where you can enjoy Törggelen, the season for chestnuts and wine in South Tyrol.
