We are pleased to announce that our property got a full furniture upgrade in 2025 in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms! This lovely home features 3 bedrooms – 2 doubles and 1 twin – comfortably sleeping 6 guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, the sitting room has an open fire, and there is also a tennis court on the grounds. 

Important things to note:

This property has NO WIFI (Who needs WIFI at the beach?!)





Room information:

Four Bedroom House – Sleeps 6

Bedroom 1: Double Room Ensuite  (shower only) – Double Bed (ground floor)



Bedroom 2: Double Room (first floor - one floor up)



Bedroom 3: Twin Room – 2 Single Beds (first floor - one floor up)





2 Bathrooms: 1 Ensuite on the ground floor (shower only) and 1 family bathroom on the first floor (shower over bath).





Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out can be requested during booking, but may be cancelled if we have a same-day arrival or departure. If cancelled, any extra fee will be fully refunded.

Your Stay Will Include:

Fresh bed linen and towels, and complimentary hand soap.

We do not provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner or body wash, or hairdryers, so please bring your own.

You will also have 24/7 host access. Please note that a €100 physical call-out fee applies between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM for issues that are not our responsibility, such as lost keys or party complaints. Fee does not apply to phone calls.

Families & Children:

Children and babies are welcome, but please note that our properties are not childproof. We do not provide stair gates, cupboard locks or other child safety equipment.

We do not provide baby cots or highchairs, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Adult supervision is required at all times, particularly around stairs, open fires and outdoor areas.

Please Bring:

Firewood or logs, toiletries and any baby or child safety equipment you require. We do not provide cots, highchairs, stair gates or hairdryers.

Please note that we cannot provide compensation for temporary TV or internet outages.

Pets:

This property is pet-friendly. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Please ensure all pet waste and traces are fully removed before departure. Additional cleaning charges may apply in cases of excessive mess or damage caused by pets.
