Papakea B102 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, 1 window air-conditioning and more! The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a California King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian theme furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. For your comfort there's a window A/C to keep you cool, along with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom

The tranquil bedroom featuring a California King-size bed and ample storage space and a large flat-screen TV. Just off the hallway, the updated bathroom includes a large vanity space and a shower/mini tub combo. This ground-floor unit features a covered lanai with a dining table for 4. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances. A Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee maker, an air popcorn maker, a crockpot are all included in the condo. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 3. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free.
Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of $5 per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays.
