Boasting a spacious 2,047 sq ft of living space, Villa 7B offers large lanai's and private outdoor kitchens, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The villa features an oversized 521 sq ft lanai with a personal BBQ and privacy shade, with a large grassy area facing the Konea Tower .

As a guest of Luana Garden Villas, you'll enjoy full access to the resort's seven pools, waterslide and spas, fire pit area, and all the amenities of the 4-diamond rated Honua Kai Resort. After a day of exploring, retreat to your own private oasis and enjoy the sunset while relaxing on your oversized lanai.

Luana 7B comes complete with a private garage and additional parking for a 2nd vehicle. Plus, if you're renting an electric vehicle, take advantage of the free electric vehicle charging station conveniently located inside your garage.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, this rental property features a queen-size sofa/sleeper in the living room, a PacknPlay portable crib (linens not provided), and a high chair. The two primary bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with glass-walled walk-in showers, while the third bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Each bedroom has a King size bed & the third bedroom has the option to be split into 2 twin beds.

Inside the villa, you'll find high-end amenities and finishes that provide both comfort and style. The living room and each bedroom are equipped with a flat-screen TV, and free high-speed wireless internet is provided for your convenience.
Other notable features of the villa include disappearing pocket doors in the great room, a covered lanai with glass rail/walls for beautiful views, and an outside lanai dining table with chairs.

They serve 100% Maui Coffee along with fresh acai bowls & fresh squeezed juices. They have lots of unique Made in Maui food & gifts, with a focus on small businesses & farms. The 'Aina Gourmet Market is located in the Hokulani lobby.

🌺 Whaler's General Store - Conveniently located in the Konea lobby, Whaler's General Store conveys the essence of old Hawaii with a modern twist. Here you will find not only great Hawaii gifts and souvenirs, but also snacks, toiletries, and everything else that will make your stay in Hawaii enjoyable and memorable. The selection of gifts, toys, food, and drinks will make sure you don't miss anything - or anyone - on your list! Start your morning off right by grabbing a fresh cup of coffee or muffin. 🌺 Fitness Center - Located in the Konea tower, the Honua Kai Fitness Center is available only to Honua Kai guests. Fitness Center machines include stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, strength training machines, and free weights.

HONUA KAI PAINT PROJECT: Please be aware that the Honua Kai Resort is actively painting the exterior of the Hokulani tower through spring of 2023 & is scheduled to begin the Konea tower in spring 2023. Although the Luana Garden Villas will not be painted, it still may affect your stay as there will be equipment throughout the resort until the entire project is completed. BEACHES: Beaches in Hawaii change size from month to month due to the surf, currents and tides. Beaches may be larger, smaller or nonexistent depending on the current season and conditions.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful Maui property!
We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful property! The condo was luxurious and had everything we could possibly need, from comfy beds, to a fully equipped kitchen, to multiple beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and several beach toys to use during our stay. Having a garage right outside the condo was a nice addition. It was so convenient to grab beach towels from one of the towel dispensers for a day at the pool or beach. We enjoyed eating at the table on our lanai and lounging on the nice patio furniture. It was so great to have multiple nice pools just a short walk from the condo, as well as Duke’s, which provides good food and an amazing beachside view for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The location of this property was great, close to the Whalers Village and a short drive to Lahaina. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return for another stay at this fabulous condo and resort!

Perfect stay...despite the weather
Great accommodations with everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Unit was very clean and had tons of space for 2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids. Weather was rainy and stormy on 2 days, but having such a large unit helped everyone spread out and kids could stay occupied with indoor games, activities and movies. Kitchen was very well appointed with everything you could need to cook a meal for 8. Outside space was great, very spacious, grill was awesome and having powered shades helped control the heat and glare from the sun. Overall, it was the perfect unit for us and we would return in a heartbeat.
