«We are a family of 4 and had booked this hotel for 4 nights believing it was actually a hotel. But there is no daily service and the front desk has limited availability and opening hours. So from around 4 pm to 9 am the guests are left to themselves and there is no one to ask if you have questions. Also, the sofabed was terrible, with two cross steel bars that were very noticable through the mattress. Totally unacceptable, but the hotel manager could not help. The room was not cleaned, towels ...

«The rooms are large and very comfortable and have dining space, living room, kitchenette, full bathroom and large bedroom. The balcony views of the ocean and pool are great. Evening music is lovely. Had trouble with intermittent wifi. A keurig would have been welcomed. That having been said it was good value and we would return here.»

Skuffet over at det ikke er servering ved basseng området på et så dyrt hotell, tror det skal være det bare for få servitører? Må stå i lang kø for å få kjøpt noe ved pool baren. Det var også kun den «restauranten» åpen om kvelden som var mulig å få bord på, med samme meny som til lunsj. De andre var stengt eller booket for en uke framover.
