On the top floor of a small building, with only 2 levels above ground floor, on one of the main roads of Praia da Luz.

Just a few minutes walk to the beach and all local amenities, bus stop, taxi point, etc.

You really don\'t need a car, unless you want to explore the area outside Luz.

No lift. Access to the large common roof terrace, where you are welcome to bring a couple of chairs to seat and enjoy the sunset with a nice glass of wine in your hand.

The apartment is spacious and offers accommodation for 4 guests on its 2 bedrooms. 1 with a good size double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, both rooms with each fitted wardrobe, AC and access to private balcony.

Fitted and full equipped kitchen with electric ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual small appliances, including all cooking ware. Gas water heater. The kitchen has its own small balcony with lovely views.

Family room with spacious and bright sitting area with TV (cable television MEO), dining area with table and chairs. This room has direct access to a slightly larger balcony were you will find a couple of small lounger chairs and a small table with chairs.

Linens provided. Maid/laundry service provided on 2 week stays or longer. No beach towels provided (these can be rented from the property manager).

CoolHouses Algarve manages this apartment and will assist guests during their stay.

Travel cot & high chair can be arranged as per request and small extra cost.

No smoking. Pets may be considered (ask the manager).
