I reached out to property before posting this & got no reply. I contacted Expedia, they reached out to property & they refused any refund. They asked if I complained to the front desk, I did but that’s useless.
Their Expedia ad claims they offer amenities that they don’t!
1. fridge is not full sized!!! it’s a dorm sized one. The freezer holds maybe 3 bottles of water. There is No room for groceries after adding drinks/water. The kitchen isn’t open like the pics, It’s small and closed in/cramped. no dishwasher/blender
3. No champagne service, couple dining, dining table.
4. Kids? no pool gate. The pool isn’t open to use anytime. I wanted to swim but was told it was being serviced. 2 hours later i Went to swim, I was stopped saying it needed serviced. They got a few bugs out then let me in
5. gym is onthe rooftop, it’s SO hot its impossible to use. There is no AC just a portable fan. (I booked for the gym)
6. water is not free! We got charged.
7. No toiletries provided! only allowed one towel at a time even with 2 people.
8. Water ran out, had to wait 2 hours to shower. Another time it ran out while I had shamooo in my hair.
9. They washed car without permission, charged us. Security always asks for money.
10. Power goes out often. When it does the fridge shuts off & AC doesn’t work.
11. Ordered room service, front gate refused them entry even tho say 24 hours.
12. When washing teeth use bottled water. I didn’t and water is contaminated. I’m very sick!
