The spacious living and dining room invites socialising and relaxation, with direct access to the outside.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and two additional bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals in a welcoming and functional environment.



On the outside, the Marrakech villa features a fantastic leisure area, with a heated swimming pool (additional cost), BBQ, wood-fired oven and a service bathroom. For extra fun moments, there is also a games room with a table tennis table and foosball.



Located in a quiet area, close to beaches, restaurants and shops, this property offers the ideal balance between rest and convenience.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €300 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
