Located in a quiet area of Lagoa, just 500 metres from a golf course and an equestrian centre, Villa Haven is the ideal retreat to relax and enjoy the Algarve.



The living and dining room is bright, welcoming and with a view of the garden, creating the perfect space for socialising and relaxation. The kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to prepare meals with complete comfort.



The property has three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two bunk beds and another with a double bed and private bathroom with shower. There is also a shared bathroom with a bathtub.



On the exterior, well-maintained gardens create a relaxing environment. The pergola covered with dining table and barbecue area invite outdoor meals. The private pool is ideal for hot days, and the jacuzzi (optional, at extra cost) offers an extra touch of well-being.



The location is excellent: just a few minutes' walk from a large supermarket and the Slide & Splash water park. The beaches, the village of Carvoeiro, restaurants and activities are a short drive away.



Villa Haven combines comfort, leisure and a privileged location for an unforgettable holiday.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Pool and Jacuzzi - The best part!!

Our stay at Villa Haven was nothing short of perfect. The villa was spacious and well laid out, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the private pool and the peaceful atmosphere that the surrounding garden provided, it felt like our own little paradise. The bedrooms were cozy, and having an en-suite bathroom was a nice touch. The living and dining area was bright and comfortable, with great views of the garden. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the BBQ and al fresco meals under the pergola. For those who enjoy a bit of extra relaxation, the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. PERFECT

Villa Haven provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. We loved how peaceful and private the location was, offering a much-needed escape from our busy lives. The villa itself is cozy and welcoming, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room had the perfect amount of space to relax and enjoy time together. The garden surrounding the property was lush, providing a green oasis to unwind in. We especially appreciated the BBQ area and the shaded pergola, which made for some lovely evening meals outdoors. The pool was a great place to cool off, and the optional jacuzzi added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Being only a short drive from Carvoeiro village meant we could easily explore the area’s stunning beaches, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat with easy access to everything!

Leuk huis dat wel eens een opfrisbeurt mag krijgen: keukengerei (zoals de pannen), wasmachine en de doeken over de eettafel buiten zijn bv. echt aan vervanging toe, matrassen waren echt heel erg hard (ik had bij thuiskomst op elke heup een blauwe plek). Communiceren gaat wat moeilijk, want enkel een mailadres of Whatsapp-groep (maar business-account, dus je kan er bv. niet naar bellen). Huisje was niet helemaal schoon zoals je zou mogen verwachten voor die prijs (vloeren, bestek en glazen waren niet in orde); gelukkig stond de schoonmaakploeg de dag erop wel voor de deur om het over te doen.Het hek om de auto op de oprit te zetten deed het niet, meteen gemeld, maar pas een week later (de dag voor we moesten vertrekken) werd het hek gemaakt, zonder verder enige communicatie/compensatie (heel frustrerend, het was een van de redenen waarom we dit huis gekozen had, met een huurauto wil je wel veilig staan en niet op straat waar iedereen eraan kan). Ook de tuin- en zwembadonderhoudsmensen stonden ineens in onze tuin, waarbij zij even hard schrokken als wij dat er ineens iemand was.Bijkomende opmerking: je kan zogezegd met 11 mensen in het huis slapen, maar dan is alles heel erg krap. Wij waren met zijn vijven en konden bv. niet allemaal in de zetel zitten, waardoor iemand op een gewone stoel moest zitten om bv. tv te kijken (die trouwens op een hele rare plek, op een kast achter de eettafel staat).Het eigen zwembad is heel erg leuk, dat is voor dit huis echt de grootste troef.

It's lovely but...

The good:The property was really clean. Aircon worked great. Pool was fab. Location great. The ladies at Algarve Vacation were quick to respond to emails. Great automatic ice maker.The not so great: The remote control for the gates did not work and apparently Algarve Vacation knew about this as they have had a number of complaints. I asked why they didn't tell us as this would have resulted in a less stressful arrival at midnight but received no explanation. The hire car had to therefore stay all week on a nearby street rather than the private driveway. The house definitely needs some tlc. The front door is very stiff so the first time you try to open it you think the key doesn't work. Eventually you just get used to shouldering it open. There are screen doors at the back without screens allowing flies in the house. The outdoor dining area needs a new cover over the roof as there were lots of holes, some quite large and unsightly.I don't mind sitting on rattan chairs without cushions but a cushionless rattan sofa is simply not acceptable and in no way useable. The layout in the living room/dining room is odd with the TV beside the dining table rather than the sofa and considering the villa sleeps 6 (or perhaps more) the sofa only seats 3. You'll get a crick in your neck from watching TV from the sofa. There is no welcome information so we had no idea where to take rubbish or when the pool and garden guys would appear without warning, no local recommendations etc.
