On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all with double beds, one of which is en suite. This floor also has an additional bathroom and a service bathroom, ensuring total comfort.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals with practicality and comfort.



On the outside, the dwelling invites tranquillity with a private swimming pool that can be heated (additional cost), sun loungers for sunbathing, a garden with comfortable furniture and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.



The terrace offers a hot tub (additional cost) and sun loungers, the perfect space to relax and enjoy the sunset.

The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €3000 per group, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

However, it is possible to accept 3 more guests, who will be accommodated in additional beds
