This casa is located on the first floor with a wonderful view of the sea. Here you will find a beautiful living room with terrace/garden and dining area, two cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a rainforest shower and a heated mirror!

There is no longer a bathtub or bidet., a kitchen with washing machine and a roof terrace. Bed dimensions: 2 m x 1.80 m. You can see the sea from both terraces! The sunsets on the roof terrace are magical. Digital SAT-TV guarantees you all German programs and radio stations + WLAN. The very large pool area (+ extra children's pool) offers plenty of space for the whole family to relax, swim and play. Playground and snack bar directly on site. The Moorish architectural style can be seen everywhere here and is always an excellent photo motif.

The apartment can be booked all year round. Heating is available in all rooms for the cooler months. Heating/electricity costs are charged separately according to personal consumption on the basis of the meter and paid in cash on site.

ENVIRONMENT



Porches, a small village about 4 km northwest (as the crow flies) of Armação de Pêra, with its pretty church, has retained its typical old Portuguese character and is well known for its ceramic tradition. Here you will find the largest selection of colorful pottery in the Algarve. The beautiful Praia Nossa Senhora da Rocha beach is only 750 m from the Casa. (2 clean sandy beaches framed by high cliffs with a headland in the middle and a chapel on top) A few kilometers to the west there are many beautiful bays that are all worth a visit. Choose your own Praia! Excellent diving and snorkeling area. 3 km to Porches or Armação de Pêra. 700 m to the supermarket.



ARRIVAL



You don't necessarily need a car here! You can also arrive with a transfer company or cab and rent a car on site later. When you make your reservation, we will give you directions directly to the Casa. GPS data for easy access included. However, a car is recommended to be able to explore the beautiful surroundings even better. We are happy to help you with a rental car reservation. Daily arrival possible, depending on flight and time. Reservations possible from 5 nights. Also 9, 11 or ... nights
