«Water pressure was weak and the fridge didn't work. Had to throw out all of our lunch meat and cheese for lunches and snacks. When we went to the front desk to tell them they said they would put a work order in with maintenance. Never asked us to switch rooms or never got a working fridge in our 3 day stay. Probably never going to use hampton again. Never offered anything for there inconvenience. Very disappointed..»

«Not as advertised!! Dirty sheets + stains. Paint peeling on all doors interior and exterior. Bathroom was dirty with grime build-up in all corners. Bathroom had roaches. Broken light fixture/missing part near bed. TV didn’t work “low signal” message displayed. Floor laminate was peeled in many areas. Small mini-fridge leaked water. Pillows on bed were small, flat 12x12” pillows.
Exterior was dirty and there were pipes and hoses scattered across the “lawn”, which was just dead grass. Swimming ...

«The staff is wonderful, and their hospitality truly stands out. Unfortunately, the property itself feels very dated and could benefit from major updates. The carpeting, bathrooms, and furniture in both the guest rooms and lobby show their age, and the pool area could use some major refreshing as well. I understand the hotel was recently purchased and is expected to undergo a complete renovation over the next year or two, which will hopefully give the property a much-needed update.»

«Be aware that when you stay here, they will ask for your credit card and physically COPY your card front and back. I asked the lady to not do that but she continued. It was for a “deposit” but they don’t charge the card. They just copy it , “Just in Case” As soon as I got to my room, I canceled my card. The older Indian lady is strange and acts like she’s in a constant state of suspicion. Should NOT work the front desk or be in customer service.»
