«Like most hotelstaff in the PH, their initial default thought is to follow instructions from the management to you the letter. The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. I stayed more than a week. The staff started to think outside the box and helped with many tricky things like finding a medical doctor when all clincs were closed. «We spent an amazing 4 days at the tail end of our honeymoon at this beautiful new resort on Matinloc Island, El Nido.
The location is simply fantastic. The resort itself is brand new and looks (and feels) truly wonderful.

«The staff at Reef Strand are so welcoming and sweet. They took really care of us. Entering Caalan Beach was a bit difficult, but they offer a free tricycle ride (only a small tricycle can ride there, no cars, vans or bigger tricycles), we just told them where to and when we wanted pick up (they act fast).
